Since 2008, PT. ARTAWA INDONESIA is owned by DENTETSU SHOJI, with more than 95% of shares and fixed collaboration with FUTABA Mfg, Co., Ltd., HANWA Co., Ltd. and PT. ARKON PRIMA INDONESIA.

DENTETSU SHOJI Co., Ltd. has competence as  a procurement while FUTABA Mfg, Co., Ltd. as in engineering field, HANWA Co., Ltd. as trading and PT. ARKON PRIMA INDONESIA in supporting steel fabrication.
